His agent responded and let us know Roger was unavailable and the second time he was out of the office and busy. Why did Roger even bother to solicit business, hand out promotional materials, and then completely ignore us, his new clients? Our decision, we cancelled the policy one week later for this lack of response to our policy coverage questions, and overall poor quality of customer service from Roger O'Connell."
