"Let me start by saying this is a 10 out of 10 no-brainer recommendation to allow State Farm to take care of you. They’ve been nothing less than incredible to me the entire time I’ve been covered with them for auto insurance and renters insurance. My only reasoning for parting ways was simply due to a home insurance and auto insurance bundle as I’m a new homeowner. That being said they are my number one choice and if anything changes in the future, they are the first people I will be calling. "Disappointing. We met Roger at a meet and greet and sat together for a light meal. We decided to change our insurance to his firm. After some difficulties with his new agent regarding coverage questions, we asked to speak to Roger, twice. We were not even given the courtesy of a return call or email by Roger. His agent responded and let us know Roger was unavailable and the second time he was out of the office and busy. Why did Roger even bother to solicit business, hand out promotional materials, and then completely ignore us, his new clients? Our decision, we cancelled the policy one week later for this lack of response to our policy coverage questions, and overall poor quality of customer service from Roger O'Connell."

"If you enjoy a sniveling and weak agent who will negligently appraise you house, low ball you on your settlement offer, take forever to accomplish anything, and then cancel you policy before you house is rebuilt (2 years later) than this guy is your man."
