"I had a great experience switching my insurance to State Farm. Danielle was extremely thorough and took the time to review everything in detail. I was previously juggling two different insurance companies, and she helped consolidate everything into one State Farm policy, which made things much simpler and more efficient.

"I called State Farm to provide some information on my new car. In talking with Alyssa, I inquired on some changes regarding my automobile policy that I didn’t understand. She explained that NC had made some changes regarding uninsured and underinsured motorists which required State Farm to let policy holders know. I’d suggest Alyssa write the next policy in words people can understand! Each time I’ve called their office I get pleasant, helpful people beginning with DeAnn when I first moved to the area. "Let me start by saying this is a 10 out of 10 no-brainer recommendation to allow State Farm to take care of you. They’ve been nothing less than incredible to me the entire time I’ve been covered with them for auto insurance and renters insurance. My only reasoning for parting ways was simply due to a home insurance and auto insurance bundle as I’m a new homeowner. That being said they are my number one choice and if anything changes in the future, they are the first people I will be calling. Everyone here is so kind, professional, honest and truly look out for their customers! Thank you State Farm for taking care of me!!"

"So I bought my policy today through a gentleman here at a local office named Thomas. He was amazing funny guy very patient very down to earth made me feel seen. I appreciate him. "Disappointing. We met Roger at a meet and greet and sat together for a light meal. We decided to change our insurance to his firm. After some difficulties with his new agent regarding coverage questions, we asked to speak to Roger, twice. We were not even given the courtesy of a return call or email by Roger. His agent responded and let us know Roger was unavailable and the second time he was out of the office and busy. Why did Roger even bother to solicit business, hand out promotional materials, and then completely ignore us, his new clients? Our decision, we cancelled the policy one week later for this lack of response to our policy coverage questions, and overall poor quality of customer service from Roger O'Connell."
